Unable to reproduce as of Releases CL# 2643093
If a user enables the 'Lock Read-Only Levels' option in the Levels tab (Window -> Levels) of the editor and then attempts to submit a level to source control, it will cause the editor to crash.
Note: Not occurring in Main Changelist #2548448
1. Use a project that is connected to perforce (QAGame)
2. Create a new level (Right click the content browser to do this)
3. Open the levels window (Window -> Levels)
4. Right click in the gray area where the map(s) are listed and select Lock->Lock Read-Only Levels
5. Click Levels->Create new... to create a new level
6. Submit the level to perforce
7. Notice that the editor will crash.
