Description

HTML5 packaged or Launched On games are not keeping settings to the ScalabilityQuality.X when deployed to Chrome 64 or NIghtly Build.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the Linked Project via GoogleDrive
  2. Extract Project Files from Zip
  3. Right-Click UProject File, Generate Visual Studio Project Files
  4. Open Solution
  5. Build Solution
  6. Open Built Project
  7. Open Level Blueprint, note Quality Level set here (1)
  8. Launch on Nightly Build
  9. In Nightly Build, ~ sg.AntiAliasing Quality Enter

RESULTS: Variable is set to 3

EXPECTED: Variable should be set to 1
