Description

If you set the editor language to a non-ASCII language like Japanese, Korean or Chinese, any localized strings that have non-ASCII characters will appear as "?" in the output of UnrealFrontend.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch Unreal Editor
  2. In Editor Settings, change the language to Japanese (displayed as "日本語” in this screen).
  3. Close the editor (this will save your settings)
  4. Launch UnrealFrontend, and in the project launcher create a task to cook QAGame
  5. Look for warnings etc that have text printed as "????"
