Swarm Agent Local Host of Coordinator not showing up in Coordinator

A Computer which is hosting the Swarm Coordinator no longer shows up as a viable Swarm Agent Computer and if that computer builds lighting will only use itself and not any available agents.

Also reproduced with Releases/4.8/Promoted-CL-2560772

1. Open Swarm Coordinator on a PC
2. Assign the same Agent Group Name, Allows Remote Agent Group and the name of the PC from Step 1 into multiple PCs on the network (For our tests we used (Light, Light, Z3916).)

RESULTS: All PCS except the Coordinator PC will show up in Coordinator. Building lights on any machine but coordinator will use all of available machines, while the coordinator will only use itself to build lighting
