Steps to Reproduce

Open a OFPA map.
In the outliner, pick a OFPA actor
Right-click -> Source Control -> History
The 'File History' window opens
Right-click a version and try 'diff against workspace' or 'diff against previous version'

The system cannot diff the files. (See the DiffError.png)
