Description

Anim notifies in montages aren't recorded correctly. This seems to be because FAnimationRecorder::RecordNotifies doesnt handle it correctly.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Createa a looping montage
  2. Add a notify state (make sure the notify state starts before the loop section begins)
  3. Drag the montage asset to the world
  4. Use take recorder to record this actor
  5. Export the level sequence's actor track into an anim sequence
