Description

This is not a regression. Tested in //UE5/Release-5.0 CL22346211

Editor crashes with an assertion after executing the command r.DisplayInternals 1 or r.DisplayInternals = 1

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create or open any project
  2. Execute the console command r.DisplayInternals = 1

Results:
The editor crashes with an Assertion

Callstack
Assertion failed: !GRDGBuilderActive [File:D:\build\++UE5\Sync\Engine\Source\Runtime\RenderCore\Private\RenderGraphValidation.cpp] [Line: 157] Another FRDGBuilder already exists on the stack. Only one builder can be created at a time. This builder instance should be merged into the parent one.
