Description

If you pilot an object and wish for it not be moved, such as a camera, you can use the Lock Actor Movement option. This will stop the object from moving, but it will not stop the object from being rotated by rotating the viewport.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new project
2. Add a Camera
3. Right click the camera in the world and select 'Pilot 'CameraActor''
4. Right click the CameraActor in the world outline
5. Under transform, select 'Lock Actor Movement'
6. Attempt to move the camera by turning the viewport or using the WASD keys
Result: The camera cannot be moved by WASD, but can be turned by turning the viewport
Expected: The camera should be locked completely and unable to be moved
