Text blocks who fonts are naturally smaller than the size of a scale box become incorrectly cropped (scale to fit)

For example: When placing a text block that is at a size 12 font inside of a scale box that is x = 800 by y = 300 the text block will be incorrectly clipped (the letter 'k' is completely missing)

1. Open the editor
2. Create a new widget blueprint
3. Open the new widget blueprint
4. Add a Scale box to the designer tab
5. Set it's size to x = 800 and y= 300
6. Add a text block as a child of the scale box
7. Set it's font size to 12
8. Notice that the letter 'k' is completely clipped off
9. Expected: The Text box re-sizes to get the scale box without clipping
