When you duplicate a Parameter in a Material Parameter Collection instead of adding a new Parameter, the duplicated parameter always returns the same results as the source no matter the value entered in the MPC.

Also reproduced in 4.8.0 Launcher and Main Promotable-CL-2581018

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame Editor
  2. Create a Material Parameter Collection
  3. Add a Scalar and Vector Parameters with default names
  4. The Scalar should be 0 and the Vector should be set to (1,0,0)
  5. Duplicate each parameter and name the results Test01 and Test02 respectively
  6. Assign a Value of 1 to Test01
  7. Assign a Value of (0,0,1) to Test02
  8. Create a New Material
  9. Assign Scalar00 to Metallic
  10. Assign Test01 to Roughness
  11. Assign Vector00 to Base Color
  12. Assign Test02 to Emissive Color

RESULTS: A Smooth Red with Emissive Red

EXPECTED: A Completely Rough Black with Emissive BLue Glow
