Description

When the "Context Sensitive" option is checked, there is a duplicate menu item that appears in the Blueprint graph's right-click context menu for every "Add Component" menu action.

Unchecking "Context Sensitive" will remove the duplicate menu item.

This does not occur in the 5.0.x release.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch QAGame editor (or any project's editor).
  2. Create an Actor-based Blueprint class asset, and double-click to open it for editing.
  3. Switch to the event graph, and right-click in the graph area.
  4. Type "add staticmesh" and note that there are 2 entries for "Add Static Mesh Component" with a separator bar in between them.
  5. Uncheck the "Context Sensitive" checkbox.
  6. Note that there is now only one entry for "Add Static Mesh Component"
    Expected result: Only one entry for "Add Static Mesh Component" appears regardless of whether or not "Context Sensitive" is toggled on.
