Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-172352)

Steps to Reproduce

Open engine test project in editor, or enable python plugin and python automation plugins, and rebuild/restart the editor
Open the test automation panel under "Tools"
Select the python plugin tests under Editor > Python
Run the tests

Expect: tests succeed
Actual: some tests fail
