If a character with a cloth simulation or a mesh with a cloth simulation is in the scene there is wind force that is being applied to the cloth. The only way to remove this is by setting a Wind Directional Source Actor in the scene and set the strength to 0.
1. Open UE4
2. Place a skeletal mesh in the scene that has Cloth
3. PIE
Results: Placing a cloth asset in the scene when PIE/Standalone the cloth asset will react like there is a Wind Directional Source in the scene
Expected: When there is no Wind Directional Source in the scene the cloth should not move like there is wind force.
