When dragging the object in and out of view with the CTRL+LMB/RMB, the object will stop moving once the transform pivot is out of the viewport.
1. Open up a new template
2. Press CTRL+LMB/RMB
3. Drag the object around until the pivot is out of sight
4. Continue to try and move it in that same direction
Expected: The object should continue moving until out of the viewport completely.
