Does not reproduce on NVIDIA or ARC cards
Does not reproduce on DX11/SM5 or DX12/SM5

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Using a AMD GPU at lastest driver 22.11.2 at tome of bug) (tested on an AMD 6900XT)
  2. Open the project from the UDN in DX12/SM6 (what it's set to already)
  3. [Link Removed]
    Result: Particles are bouncing and pooling in the geometry
    Expected: Niagara particles rest on the ground, without bouncing and pooling
