Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a material asset and add a "material  attribute layers" node.
  2. Create a material layer asset and add expressions like below [Image Removed]
  3. Create a material instance of the material and assign the material layer to the base layer. [Image Removed]
  4. We could found that the "BC" parameter worked normally but adjusting the "clear coat" and the "clear coat roughness" had no effct.
  5. It appears that the shading model node in the material layer did not override the shading model property of the material as expected.
  6. The example project is attached as [Link Removed]
