There seems to be a leak in the ContactShadow determination in DeferredLightingCommon.ush ShadowRayCast(), but I could not determine if this is the specification.

This problem always occurs from 4.27 to now.

Steps to Reproduce

Apply a spotlight with cast shadow disabled to the hair material.
Light leakage occurs around the mesh with default material.

You can see it by opening NewMap.umap of the attached project.
