Either standalone MFI creation should work just like MaterialInstances, by allowing selecting the parent later on in the editor, or standalone creation should be completely removed, only allowing their creation out of an existing MaterialFunction parent.
Creating a MaterialFunctionInstance in the Content Browser without first selecting an existing MaterialFunction causes the editor to crash.
