Steps to Reproduce

1. Open attached project, hit play
2. Click the button, the blue dots should turn black, but do not.
There are 2 post process volumes, one overlays the blue dots, one multiplies the final
color by red. They have priorities 0 and 1. The button flips this. When the blue dots are
drawn later (the default), they appear blue. But when drawn first, the multiply by red
will make them black.
