Description

From licensee:

If I create a function in a Blueprint Interface or Blueprint Function Library and leave it in the Default category, it shows up in the "All Actions for this Blueprint" menu under "Class->(Class Name)". If I Use Ctrl-D to duplicate that function, it will show up in the same place. But if I use copy-paste to duplicate the function, it will show up under "Default". I have been unable to find any way to get the copy-pasted function to show up in the "correct" location.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new Blueprint interface.
  2. Create a new function in the interface.
  3. Select the original function. Press Ctrl-D to duplicate it.
  4. Select the original function. Press Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V to copy paste it.
  5. Open a different blueprint.
  6. Right click.
  7. Find the functions in the list.
  8. Observe that the duplicated and copy/pasted functions are different categories.

Expected behavior: the two functions should be in the same category
