OnComponentBeginOverlap and EndOverlap are called multiple times when moving in a Skeletal Mesh component's collision. This does not occur with a Static Mesh's collision.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the test project from
2. PIE
3. Run the character into the large blue man (PortalSkelMesh)

BeginOverlap and EndOverlap are called multiple times while moving inside the BP Actor's collision
