When using a decal on an unlit material the decal will not render. Adding the DBuffer Decals yields the same result.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open UE4 and create a new blank project.
  2. Create a new Material and set the Material Domain to Deferred Decal
  3. Exit to viewport and right click and add the decal to the scene
  4. Utilizing standard floor go into the floors material properties and set it's Shading mode to Unlit
  5. In Project Setting under Rendering turn on DBuffer Decals
  6. Restart Project
