An example of this issue would be that after setting the color and opacity setting along the time line and then trying to click and drag that key frame it will set the value for the currently selected setting to 0.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Editor
  2. Create a new widget blueprint
  3. Add a text block to the designer tab
  4. Add an animation
  5. Select the animation
  6. Select the text block that was created
  7. In the details panel for the text block add a key from for Color and opacity by clicking on the "+" to add a key
  8. Place the time line scrubber to 1 second
  9. Add a Second key by clicking on the "+" button for color and opacity
  10. Select the the second key frame (value should be 1), drag it
  11. You will notice that the value will go immediately to 0

Expected: The value would stay the same as it is being dragged along the timeline
Result: The value is forced to 0
