The Set World Location at Spline Point node does not correctly update the location of the indicated spline.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Editor (any project0
2. Create new blueprint
3. Add spline component
4. In construction script, create a "set world location at spline point (spline) node
5. Set point index to 1, plug a make vector (any value) into "In location" pin.
6. Compile>save>close blueprint
7. Place a copy of the blueprint into level
8. move blueprint around, add additional splines, etc.


No change occurs, the location of the spline point (1) does not change according to the construction script value.


Spline point (1) moves to the indicated location in the "Make Vector" node.
