Incorrect clipping when user widgets are add to another widget

When adding a use created widget to another widget the size does not always calculate correctly and this can lead to unexpected clipping.

1. Open Attached project
2. Open "Widget1"
3. Notice the image with the text above it
4. Open "Widget2"
5. Drag "Widget1" into the designer tab via the user created section
6. Notice that the text has been clipped off

Expected: The widget should be added at a size that shows all visible widgets
Result: The size is too small and clips out the text unexpectedly
