To Front control on Sequencer in Multi User editor will not pause playback

This may be specific to how the media playback is handling playback.

1. Attach two clients to the same multi user session
2. Open a level sequence and play it back on one client
3. In the other client click the "To Front" button

RESULT

The sequence will jump to the front, then continue playing from where it left off, instead of pausing at the start of the sequence.
