nDisplay - Projection policy warp files are using an absolute path rather than a project relative path

Repro steps

1. Open an existing or create a new nDisplay configuration
2. Add a new viewport and assign a easyblend, MPCDI or DomeProjection policy 
3. Add a warp file for this projection policy

Result

• Path to the file is absolute = This is not very portable as the directory is often unique to one developer's machine
