Description

Set Actor Enable Collision is not replicated.

Reproduced in 4.7.6, 4.8.2, and Main (//depot/UE4/Promotable-CL-2619427)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any project
2. Create a new Actor Blueprint
3. Add a new Static Mesh component
4. Add a Static Mesh with collision to the component
5. On Event Begin Play, Switch Has Authority (Authority) > Set Actor Enable Collision to False
6. Set the Blueprint to Replicates
7. PIE with 2 players
8. Run into the mesh on the Client

Result:
Collision is still enabled on the Client

Expected:
Collision is disabled on both Server and Client
