Auto-Reimport Dialog cannot be dismissed

If you have set your project to Auto Import Assets from a certain folder and are connected to Source Control, you will get a pop up warning message which states:

"We noticed that your auto-reimport settings are set up to detect source content changes on restart. This might cause unexpected behavior when starting up after getting latest from source control"

This message will appear every time on engine open even if the Don't Show Again is toggled true.

1. Open QAGame Editor
2. In Engine Perferences >> Loading and Saving, Auto Reimport, Toggle Monitor Content Directories to True.
3. Connect to Source Control
4. Restart the Editor
5. Toggle "Don't Show Again" to true on the message
6. Dismiss message
7. Restart the Editor

RESULTS: Message Appears again

EXPECTED: MEssage should not reappear again
