Description

Performance decreases quite a bit on characters with large number of morph targets, as soon as even one target is active. 

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Import the attached FBX [Link Removed]
  2. Create an Actor BP with the following graph: [Image Removed]
  3. Activate 'stat anim' and expand.
  4. Create an empty level and add the created actor to the level.
  5. Hit play in PIE, wait 10 seconds, watch the perf number on "MeshObject Update" go up quite a bit.
