When running setup command on an M1 arm64 mac the dependencies fail to download.

Workaround for the issue is to remove line 13 of Engine/Build/BatchFiles/Mac/GitDependencies.sh and run /Engine/Binaries/DotNET/GitDependencies/osx-x64/GitDependencies

Setup.command process completes without downloading dependencies.
