Display Texture Atlases in Widget Reflector displaying incorrect tooltips

Description

Tooltips within Page 1 of the Texture Atlas Visualizer in Widget Reflector are displaying the incorrect asset.

This issue is occurring in Binary //UE5/Release-5.3 at CL 26560699
This issue is occurring in Binary //UE5/Release-5.2 at CL 26001984

This issue is NOT a regression 

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open any project
  2. Open Widget Reflector (Tools > Debug > Widget Reflector)
  3. Within Widget Reflector select Atlases > Display Texture Atlases
  4. Hover over any Icon and change to Page 1
  5. Hover over any Icon

Result
The tooltip will display the name of the last asset hovered on page 0
Expected
The tooltip should display the name of the currently hovered asset
