Description

When using the event ActorBeginCursorOver the event does not fire off when the cursor hovers over the actor.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open first person shooter template
  2. Create a New actor blueprint
  3. Add a static mesh actor
  4. Set the static mesh to the rounded cube
  5. Create the blueprint in the attached image
  6. Add the actor to the level
  7. Compile and save
  8. Play in editor
  9. Notice that the event does not fire off when the cursor is placed over the actor (the print string does not print out)

Expected: The Event would fire off when the cursor hovers over the actor
Result: The Event does not fire
