Animation Montage Section Frame snaps montage segments to beginning of timeline

Moving a Montage Segment in an Anim Montage via section frame causes the Montage Segment to snap back to the beginning of the timeline.

1. Create a 3P template project.
2. Right click an existing manny animation, and create an anim montage
3. Create a new montage segment on the timeline
4. Right click on newly created montage segment, and type in a value within the timeline

Expected:

Newly created Montage Segment is moved to the appropriate frame on the timeline.

Result:

Animation Montage is moved to the very beginning of the timeline
