Description

When you delete and replace an asset with the same name, P4 will pick up the delete but not the add. It was mentioned that there is a P4 command (something like "reopen as add") that should be used in this case for the desired result.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Pick any asset that's already been checked into P4. (using MyAsset.uasset as the example here)
  2. Duplicate MyAsset.uasset, name the duplicate "MyAsset_bak.uasset"
  3. Delete "MyAsset.uasset"
  4. Rename "MyAsset_bak.uasset" to "MyAsset.uasset"

Result: Unreal and P4V both show MyAsset.uasset as marked for delete

Expected outcome: Unreal and P4V either show the asset as changed or deleted and re-added.
