Decal materials have a compiler error when sampling a UTexture2DArray asset

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a material, select the decal domain, and set blend mode to translucent
  2. Create a sample 2d array node, connect it to any output, and append some vector 3 as UVW.
  3. Observe the compiler error.
