Camera set to Projection Mode Orthographic doesn't appear to be rendering Sky Atmosphere

This is a regression. Tested in //UE5/Release-5.2 CL26001984

It appears Sky Atmosphere isn't rendered by a camera with projection mode set to Orthographic.

1. Create or open any project
2. Press Ctrl+N then select the Basic Level
3. Right click in the Content Browser then select Cinematics > Level Sequence
4. Accept the name then double click the Level Sequence to open it
5. In the Sequencer select the Camera Icon to create a new camera
6. Ensure the Sky Atmosphere is in view of the Camera
7. In the Sequencer select the + Icon next to the CameraComponent
8. In the drop down menu select Projection Mode
9. While paying attention to the Viewport change the Project Mode to Orthographic

Expected Results:
The blue of the Sky Atmosphere is still visible.

Actual Results:
The Sky Atmosphere isn't rendered or appears black.
