Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open assets BP_CrashOnCompile, SParentStruct, and SNestedStruct
  2. In SNestedStruct, Add a boolean variable at the top (before the Mesh variable)
  3. In SParentStruct, Add a new variable (of any type) anywhere
  4. In SNestedStruct, Change the boolean type to a Transform (or any type with a memory footprint greater than a boolean)
  5. Compile BP_CrashOnCompile, it should crash the editor (see the call stack attached)
