HeterogeneousVolumeComp doesn't render properly using DynamicMaterialInstance created in Construction Script

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a BP with a HeterogenousVolumeComponent, and make sure its default material is empty.
  2. Create and assign a MID in the construction script, so we can adjust the volume material parameters in editor.
  3. PIE, the volume won't render.
