No longer an issue after new audio updates to engine.

Description

Playing a sound (firing weapon) and switching the camera mode will cause the gunfire sound to play twice, once from the weapon's position when it's fired and again as through the sound was coming from off in the distance

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download/unzip project from Google Drive
2. Open project and go to Maps->MinimalMap in the content browser
3. PIE
4. Press V to enter "fire mode"
5. Press MMB to pull out weapon and use scroll wheel to select the rocket launcher
6. Press LMB to fire, then Press V to exit fire mode and scroll wheel out to zoom out.

Result:
While zooming out the sound from firing the rocket launcher will play a second time
