Steps to Reproduce
  1. In a WorldPartitioned level add a LevelInstance.
  2. Edit the LevelInstance from the WorldPartitioned level (ctrl+E).
  3. Create an ActorGroup in the LevelInstance (ctrl+G).
  4. Save and reopen the level, look at the WorldPartition minimap, and notice that the streaming bounds of the level instance became very, very, big.
