Delete in the content browser might not actually delete the asset on disk if the asset is not up to date in perforce

Steps to Reproduce

For a file which you don't have the latest version of (applies when using perforce integration):

  1. 🗑️Delete the file in the content browser
  2. 👀Observe the asset appearing to be deleted without any errors or warnings
  3. ✖️Shut down the editor
  4. ✔️Open the editor again
  5. 👀Observe the asset reemerge!
