Description

Child blueprints cannot change the default values of inherited variables.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Editor (any project)
2. Create new blueprint>actor
3. In blueprint, declare an integer variable
4. Compile, change default value to 1, compile
5. In content browser, RMB blueprint>Create child based off this blueprint
6. Open child blueprint
7. Select integer variable
8. Attempt to change default value in details pane

Results:

All details in details pane are grayed out, cannot be altered.

Expected:

Default values can be altered/edited.
