Widget node IsHovered does not register a TouchUp when you TouchDown onto a touchscreen device. It keeps the same x,y coordinates when moving your finger along the screen.

I have spoken with Chris B about this and we're not sure if this should be working on mobile devices in general, since you can't technically hover on a touchscreen, or if the TouchDown and TouchUp on this IsHovered node should be handled differently.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a NewWidgetBlueprint
2. Create a border
3. Event Tick Exec attached to Print String
4. Print String - In String attached to function Is Hovered
5. Attach the Target to a border
6. Go into the Level Blueprint
7. Event BeginPlay > Create New Widget Blueprint Widget
8. Set the class to 'New Widget Blueprint'
9. Connect the Exec and Return Value to the function 'Add to Viewport'
