This problem seems to occur on both CPU and GPU Sims.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the attached project

    This project contains a NaigaraSystem that uses transparent sprites and is set to sort by viewing distance.
    Also, local space is disabled and the Niagara actor is located at (1100000.0, 0.0, 0.0).
  2. Play on Editor. If we select the Niagara Actor "SimpleNiagaraSystem" and move the camera, we can see that the sorting is incorrect. [Image Removed]
