1. When a Material Layer is applied and there is no node connected to Anisotropy in the master material(M_Test_1), the material does not function correctly after packaging, although it works properly in the editor.

1. Launch Test.uproject from the attached sample project.
2. In Play in Editor (PIE) mode, enter 'r.AnisotropicMaterials 1' and confirm that the Material (Red) with Material Layer applied functions correctly.
3. Package the project for the Windows platform and execute it.
4. After packaging, enter 'r.AnisotropicMaterials 1' and observe that the Material (Red) with Material Layer applied does not function correctly.
5. In the sample project, connect a Constant node to Anisotropy in MakeMaterialAttributes of M_Test_1.
6. Package the project for the Windows platform and execute it.
7. After packaging, enter 'r.AnisotropicMaterials 1' and confirm that the Material (Red) with Material Layer applied functions correctly.
