Comments created using the C hotkey do not respect colour or location on graph re-open

This issue seems to only occur when using the hotkey to create comments.  Using the r-click menu seems to work as expected.

1. Open the editor preferences
2. In the Graph Editors section, set the Default Common Node Title Colour to something obviously different to white
3. Create a control rig
4. Use the C hotkey to create a comment
5. Save the control rig and compile
6. Close the control rig
7. Reopen the control rig
   1. Expected behaviour: The comment node is in the same location and has the same colour as previously
   2. Actual behaviour: The comment node moves and goes back to white
