Keying String elements in String array in details panel will have incorrect results

1. Create a blueprint class Actor. 
2. In this new BP, create a String Array variable. (Enable the following: Instance Editable, Expose on Spawn, Expose to cinematics.) 
3. Add two empty indices by default. 
4. Compile the BP and drag and drop it into the sequence. 
5. Choose the sequencer edit mode: Allow Sequencer Edits Only. 
6. From the Details panel of the BP, fill the two arrays' indices with "test". 

Note: Same happens if you don't have Allow Sequencer Edits Only, and you hit the key button in the details panel.

Result

The value displayed will be from a different alphabet, in testing "뛠" was seen.
