Adding values in the details panel to a new Capsule Collision Component will not affect the Capsule in the CharacterBlueprint Viewport.
*This only effects a new Capsule Collision added to a character. The initial capsule works as expected
1. Open a new Third Person Blueprint Project
2. Open the character Blueprint
3. Add a NEW Capsule Component
4. Set Capsule Half Height: Manually type "100"
5. Set Radius: Manually type "50"
6. Set Radius: Manually type "200"
7. NOTE: Half Height and Radius are 200 and this change is reflected in the Viewport
8. Set Radius: Manually type "50"
RESULT: Capsule will not change in viewport and is no longer editable by typing in text field. *Can still edit with Scale Widget
