Description

When trying to click on a button or other widget within a 3d widget component the user is not able to do so. There appears to be an offset.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the Editor
  2. Create a new widget blueprint
  3. Add a button to the designer tab
  4. Save and compile
  5. Create a new actor blueprint
  6. Add a widget component
  7. Set the widget class as the new widget blueprint that was created
  8. Add the new actor blueprint to the level
  9. Play in Editor
  10. Try to click on the button
  11. Notice that the button cannot be clicked (if you move the mouse around you might get lucky and hover over the area that the button actually is)

Expected: The button should be clickable
Result: Button is not clickable due to the editor thinking it's somewhere else
